I have bought a couple of expensive items at this store and was pleased with them. The people there are nice and have been helpful in the past. Today I took my wife's 4-wheeled walker in because it had lost a nut and bolt. After keeping it in back of the store for a half-hour, the clerk told me that they didn't have a bolt like that. We have had a few problems with this walker and they have fixed them for us at no charge. I was disappointed this time.
Excellent service and staff. Supplies are delivered promptly and the staff is always ready to quickly answer any questions or concerns. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
