This hospital's billing and registration departments are the worse. I had surgery on May 4th 2023 and in order to schedule my surgery this hospital demanded $2689.42 from me. I was broke, so I sold my car in order to pay for my procedure. 3 months later my insurance stated I overpaid. I was only to pay $1232. When I called the hospital, they told me that I never paid them a single cent! St Luke vintage hospital has an amazing staff they were able to answer every question they were very helpful and friendly they made you feel comfortable. Your dream team in the ER at St Luke's vintage hospital is amazing along with your receptionist. I have never been to a hospital with every staff member made me comfortable they all had a smile on their face. Keep up the work dream team you guys are amazing.
