But they told me that the Dr. Would see me at noon today. I get here and I have to wait so they can work me in. THIS IS BS!!! �

Ridiculous! We've been here 6 hours!!!! And no one has seen my husband about his cut open hand! And it's still bleeding!! Absolute band-aid station! I recommend taking your loved ones elsewhere if you want proper care!

I like the new emergency room. It's fancy looking and a lot bigger than the old one, but there should really be more signs directing people how to get there. A lot of the ER staff and doctors are still rude, though. I try to explain my medical complaint and they keep walking out of the room in the middle of a sentence. The woman looking after me said to call a ride because I'm being discharged and then a doctor came in right behind her and told her they're transferring me to Lufkin. Just want to say I was so skeptical about going to Livingston ER yesterday when I was having so much trouble breathing! People told me not to go but I was so scared about my condition and went anyway. I have to say, they were absolutely amazing! I can't recall ever having such care and attention anywhere else! They were so concerned about me and hardly left my side! I have a newfound respect for this ER and would never hesitate to tell anyone to go there. My heartfelt thanks to the Saturday night staff at Livingston ER!!
