My 81yr old Mother had to have endocopic procedure done on 3rd floor. Took bout 3hrs. Sleeping in middle of waiting room chairs was very dirty and stinky homeless person. Someone from hospital had covered him with blanket. All thr $$ spent there and they allow this. Same people that had us masked to walk near building. I guarantee that homeless person Had more dirty germs than flu or any other illness. Shocked at how weak society has become
I was brought in by ambulance and wheeled to the curb by 2 Houston police officers like a bag of trash .
