I have been a patient with them for a long time. I've been with Dr Durako and Megan Astorino. Each is thorough. After each appointment you are sent a review. Occasionally there are hiccups with being part of St Lukes. They've got a new office manager so I hope they are
I honestly thought it was very friendly at first yet, I’m not sure. Seems fraudulent in the sense of me having to make my LVHN account now three different times. This time it would not send my code through to my number and when I called, the lady said there was no record of me even having an account. When I made it clear that seems to be an issue and I would like to understand why when I had made literal appointments with my doctor (which I provided the name of) off of that account specifically. So if you’re if you call be prepared to be waiting for 15 to 20 minutes and then after you get somebody on the phone, it will be 2 to 3 weeks before they can actually see you if this is an emergency they They just want you to wait a couple more weeks to see your doctor
Clean place . Wasn't to busy today sometimes gets really busy here. Nice staff does get packed here at times but like it here at this location.
The Health Center is a joke. I am 8 months past a seizure and I still can't drive because the office staff will not send my paperwork to the state and lost the address. When I called to talk to DR. ONEIL instead of taking my call like a professional. He had his associate disconnect the call and ran out of the office. TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF Friendly and professional are 2 different things.
