The nurses and office Staff are excellent. Nothing but good things to say about them. As far as the drs go, Ever since Dr. Nagpal left (who is amazing) Dr Rastogi has taken over. How she still has a job there just blows my mind. She’s horrible, doesn’t respond back, Doesn’t listen to her patients needs and wants. St Luke’s is going to lose a lot of long time clients!
I did not end up going into the center, but Chelsea was extremely helpful on the phone & took extra time to look into the different locations where I could possible get lab work.
Received misdiagnosis from doctor. On return visit, NP was extremely rude and unresponsive to patient concerns. Reception staff is tremendously rude, repetitively hanging up on client when called to ask a question. Absolutely outrageous behavior all around.
