First of all when you call you can't even get someone on the phone, it goes straight to voicemail and no one calls you back. I call several times and left voicemails over the course of a few weeks with no response. Then they call me months later to try and schedule but I had to get a referral to go see someone else because no one would call me. Super disappointed with the experience.

I started in 2020 with Dr Saira Khaderi who was very pleasant and iseful and valuable to manage my case despite incidental issues with rough treatment by the outside Radiology group treating twice with the radiation beads in SLCHI TMC hospital. I miss her, but eventually I was farmed out to NP Lina Hinojosa whom worked fine until she went on pregnancy leave. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this St. Luke’s office. My father, who very recently had a kidney transplant surgery was treated with a complete lack of respect by one of the receptionists or phlebotomist. During his visit, the receptionist made a rude comment implying that my father could not read the signs in the clinic room and stated “some people act like they can’t read” He then continued to ridicule him by saying, “see this is what it says,” in a condescending manner.
