Great quick experience
I came in to their emergency room with a simple to diagnose injury to my left knees MCL. I was given unnecessary Xrays which do not show soft tissue injuries, misdiagnosed and prescribed opiates which I had previously noted on my records as medication that I would NOT take. (I did not fill the prescription after questioning the pharmacist.) I had a CT-scan today at this location and I couldn’t be more grateful and pleased for how well I was treated from check-in to the scan. The two ladies who helped me get a last minute appointment rescheduled were lovely and went out of their way to get my scan in. Leah in imaging was wonderful! ❤️ I have very small, difficult veins and she put my port in like a pro, pain free! Wonderful experience ✨✨✨ thank you!
I've been to all 4 St. Luke's facilities recently, and this is the only one that has consistently been poor. In my experience, it's really rare to encounter a bad nurse, but I definitely did here. When getting pre-op bloodwork done, my nurse was an absolute butcher. It has never hurt to have blood taken, but I literally yelped in pain when my nurse did it. She responded, "sometimes it does that." No, it doesn't. She was a terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE nurse. She was dismissive, brutal, and left a bruised welt just from taking... read more
