I came to this urgent care after noticing that my vision had suddenly changed in one of my eyes. They completed eye tests using vision charts and were very dismissive and not listening to my concerns. What is the point of bringing someone in with intractable vomiting if the doctor releases them after 1 hour and the throw up in the car ride home!? At least keep them long enough to ensure they are not going to keep vomiting and have enough fluids. Not like they were busy even but she got the bums rush. I was going to turn right back around but she made me just take her home. Update: Ended up having to bring her back an hour or so later that same day as the vomiting was intense and painful, would have become dehydrated again... read more

I have been at urgent care here at least 4 times for respiratory issues. I have been treated respectfully, had my issues addressed and given recommendations for treatments and/or drugs. Waiting time will always vary at urgent care based on a system of triaging patients by need.
