I have been at urgent care here at least 4 times for respiratory issues. I have been treated respectfully, had my issues addressed and given recommendations for treatments and/or drugs. Waiting time will always vary at urgent care based on a system of triaging patients by need.
Great quick experience
I came in to their emergency room with a simple to diagnose injury to my left knees MCL. I was given unnecessary Xrays which do not show soft tissue injuries, misdiagnosed and prescribed opiates which I had previously noted on my records as medication that I would NOT take. (I did not fill the prescription after questioning the pharmacist.) I had a CT-scan today at this location and I couldn’t be more grateful and pleased for how well I was treated from check-in to the scan. The two ladies who helped me get a last minute appointment rescheduled were lovely and went out of their way to get my scan in. Leah in imaging was wonderful! ❤️ I have very small, difficult veins and she put my port in like a pro, pain free! Wonderful experience ✨✨✨ thank you!
