Do not waste your time going to see a P.A. at a dermatology practice. Waited months for an appointment and did not get an appointment with a dermatologist. Come back in a year. Not being satisfied with the consultation. I cancelled the appointment as soon as I got home. First time I am disappointed with St. Lukes
Appointment was so rushed I felt only some of my questions were answered I wouldn’t return here again. I had to reschedule some where else . Just told me to start this medication but didn’t tell me how to use it what to avoid
This place is an absolute nightmare. If you need real help look elsewhere. So disappointed in St Luke's. Seems like they have a lot of money to keep building things but not to actually help people that are sick.
Worst communication I have ever had, representatives do not know how to find notes, only after calling several times, do they say "ohhh, I see them now." My daughter has not had her medicine for almost a month now, because of St. Luke's incompetencies. I was supposed to get a call yesterday, never happened! Called again today, just waiting......this is ridiculous, my daughter is 8 years old. Horrible, horrible service.
