I had gone last year, great visit, this year not so great, and quite surprised to see so many bad reviews. I use St. Luke’s for all my doctors but very much considering changing dermo. Saw different doc, if I’m lucky she spent 5min with me! She barely scanned my body, missed so many parts I was like huh, I’m done? Honestly it was so fast I didn’t have time to think and didn’t realize until after I left realizing all she missed. I have not had my appointment yet, but i just want to say how amazing Carol, the receptionist was to me. i suffer from crippling anxiety.. and she helped me.. so much. an angel to the medical field
Is anyone else constantly having their appointments cancelled? When I went in on Tuesday after work, I was told my appointment was cancelled and that they called the week before to leave a voicemail (it was my birthday so I was using my phone a lot, and I had no record of any voicemail or even missed call). This is without even mentioning they already texted me a reminder message I confirmed 2 weeks before the appointment. I took off of work MONTHS ago to have my appointment. St Luke’s took it upon themselves to cancel two weeks before my appointment was scheduled to happen. They rescheduled my appointment to the next day without asking me if I was even available for that date (which is another day I would have to take off of work for). The next available date was not for another two months beyond then. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement.
I had a biopsy on Dec 12 of my cheek. It turns out to be cancer. I did all the cleaning of the wound and Vaseline and bandage for two weeks. Now I've been trying to schedule an an appointment for mohs surgery since December 21. Today is January 3. No one ever calls me back. I've left my name phone number and birthdate so many times that someone should have called me.
