came here in 2019 with back pain, was seen by a dr. and his trainee, he told me my pain was because I'm fat and that's it. wouldn't listen to anything i said, no X-rays, nothing . a few months later, i was PARALYZED because my spine had developed a condition that if IT HAD BEEN CAUGHT could have been dealt with. instead, i got a old white man telling me that I'm just too fat, when he was fatter than me . i tell everyone never to go here or anywhere owned by these people they do not care about you and will just mock you and l... read more

Hours listed as 8am-4:30pm. Arrived at 4pm and was told the urgent care is closed. It’s simple, don’t list your hours as 8-4:30 if it’s really 8-4!

My experience was terrible, I went to general check in first, 2 employees, both very rude, the lady on the left finally had the time to check me in and told me I was at the wrong desk and had to go down the hall to check in, after standing there for 10 minutes, thank god I was early. Upon arriving at the check in the receptionist was like taken aback and not happy to see me. When I was called into the area to have my drug test I couldn't believe the litter on the floor!
