My experience was terrible, I went to general check in first, 2 employees, both very rude, the lady on the left finally had the time to check me in and told me I was at the wrong desk and had to go down the hall to check in, after standing there for 10 minutes, thank god I was early. 4 hours total of waiting, for two appointments. Spent almost and entire day here for something that took 15 minutes total.
Maybe you should put on your website that urgent care closes at 4 instead of having 4:30 as a general closing time of the clinic, when you google Aspirus St. Lukes Urgent care.
