Was having great results with acupuncture for chronic back pain then St Luke’s stopped accepting insurance even when they accept my insurance and my insurance covers the treatment. Now they require me to pay at the time of service and I am supposed to bill BCBS. BCBS says they have an agreement for the service to be provided and they have no means to pay patients directly for covered services. Really disappointed. My care does not seem to be the priority.
