I’m writing this informative review from a family members account because I don’t have gmail or Facebook. It’s a difficult situation when options are so limited in Idaho that you have to deal with inappropriate standards of care like the ones at St Luke’s urology. Be very careful because they have Medical Assistants who are not licensed professionals perform work outside their scope of practice like injecting local anesthesia and preparing for sterile procedures. Generally, I appreciate the St Luke's family of medical care. Urology... not so much. Tried to get follow up care for a family member here only to be "shut down" for not taking "their phone calls a month ago" they had placed to an incorrect # on file. Tried to resolve the phone number issue only to be told my request would be routed thru an on call provider after being cleared by a nurse to verify an appointment COULD be scheduled. I had a great experience there. Nice, new attractive Clinic. All the personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Jackson is superb and an excellent physician. I highly Recommend the clinic and Dr. Jackson.
