I waited a month to hear from them after they received my referral from my surgeon. Eventually I called and they told me they had denied me 2 weeks ago. No one notified me of the denial, nor was I involved at all in any discussion about my own pain. Denying me based on my age alone- for the first time in my life, I feel like the medical system has just abandoned me. It’s a sad feeling.
Very friendly and good place to go see your doctor. Everyone is curious and helpful.
