I went into the appointment with hope that I could regain the mobility that was slowly fading away for me. After being told that there was a 9-month waiting list, I was told to visit a "lifestyle" program that would not be covered by my insurance and cost $250 upfront. Nothing was said of when to return or what the goals of the "life-style" program were to be. I was fat and there would be no help for me at this office.
