Went in for a consult in December and a scheduled my procedure for March. I was called and asked to reschedule to April as the doctor was no longer available. The week before my procedure they called again to reschedule me to May because the doctor was no longer available. I made a new appointment with a different doctor in the office for the end of May then they called a week later moving my appointment all the way out to August. They kept calling a few weeks before procedure to reschedule. We got rescheduled 4 times over the course of 6 months until we finally cancelled and went somewhere else. Reason given every time was the "doctor is no longer available" This office is awful.
I'm actually being quite generous with my 2 star rating. I feel the doctors are more than competent however I received a call from Donna who I believe is a Nurse Practitioner. Donna told me I needed to have a Biopsy instead of a standard MRI because of a piece of metal in my body rendering the MRI too dangerous and I simply said I've read that there's a school of thought from doctors who claim there's a fair amount of risk involved with a Biopsy and could she please let me know what they might be?
