I was referred to saint Luke's on dale mabry to have some tests on my eyes. A technician performed two tests. I never saw a doctor to find out the results. I was asked for my insurance cards(Medicare and tricare). I was told I had to pay the 160 dollars up front, of which I have never had to do anywhere else. I payed it. Claims were never submitted to my insurance companies by saint lukes. They just filed my paperwork and said case closed. They were to send results of the tests to my optometrist and they did not.
