I had an appt at the Tampa office. Every staff member was polite,organized, helpful and very professional. My visit was precise and I was greeted and treated very well. The practitioner who I saw was very informed and treated me as if I was important to her. The whole Dr. visit was pleasant. Thank you very much. I do plan to schedule my visits for my eye care at this office.

I will never go to these eye people in my life again. I found a better doctor for cataracts. These people kept canceling my appointment every time they made one. 3 x

This doctor treated my father very poorly. We sat there in for 3 hours just for him to ask us what were we doing there because he told my father last time that he could not care for him anymore and we were there before. A lot of the patients that we saw go back so he made us wait just to tell us that and speak to my father in a very condescending tone telling him that he should have wrote it in sharpie. If I could give negative 1,000,000 stars I would. I was trying to make an appointment to save my eyesight and the appointment specialist (if that's what her title is supposed to be), she was rude when asked questions concerning how to make sure I can be seen. Her attitude was nasty and she hung up on me as I was trying to find out how to get my insurance company to approve the visit. Afraid to go THERE
