The reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is not because of the doctors, but the front desk staff and the phone patient service. First of all, they are not cordial at all. They have an attitude if you complaint about not getting a prompt response from them or canceling your appointments last minute. I only been there twice and they have canceled my next appointment twice including one for eye sugery that is a year overdue because they don't get back to you on time. the receptionist is extremely rude and uncooperative. I would never walk into the office on dale mabry. I would give it less than 1 star
It was the worst doctor's appointment I have ever had. The sheer disrespect to have people wait (mostly elderly) up to for 3 hours or more is TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. I watched them provide selected customer service. The office staff was eating open dishes at the reception desk. And the total care and office professional was so very poor. I am a Doctor and to see this kind of disservice grated my nerves. I still couldn't get in to see the doctor (for I had an interview). Ugh, it's the absolute worst. The customer service is terrible, the front desk people are rude, and they're never on time. If your appointment is at 9:30, expect to see the doctor in 2 hours. It's always packed with people. They never apologize. Find another doctor.
