I made an appointment so I didn’t really have any wait time. The staff were so kind and professional. They provided excellent care and got me on my way quickly. However, in no way did I feel rushed or hurried by the staff. Great experience even if I wasn’t feeling my best.
STOP TEXTING ME!!! My recent experience at the urgent care was overall very good, short wait time, pleasant staff, helped me with my issue. However, St.Lukes on the whole needs to stop it with the texting. I have been, at this point, harassed by their system. I constantly text “Stop” and they just text from a different number. In addition I also now receive solicitation texts from local Quakertown businesses - this only started AFTER I went to the urgent care. I don’t even live in PA. I like st lukes BUT i hate to plan to be sick i can NEVER get in with my PCP unless its 2 mths in advance and when I go to the urgent care in Quakertown since they do so many employment physicals or DOT physicals, you get pushed in and pushed out really quick. I had a dog bite and I was probably with the provider for maybe 2 1/2 minutes then he refused to give me a note for work saying that I was on light duty even though he told me that I sprained my wrist and I should be on anabiotic so because I could not get in with my p... read more
