As I'm waiting to be registered... the receptionist makes 3 personal phone calls. I here all the convo ...and get this NO ONE ELSE IS IN THE WAITING ROOM!!! n waiting... !!!UPDATE... Go back for my follow up appt, ON TIME. Let the receptionist know I'm here for a appt not walk-in. Waited an Hour then asked to rescheduled for im at work. She said oh, they had your appt in here for 930pm ya'll not even open at that time I could've been told that instead of waiting an hr!!!
Everyone was very friendly and clean inside. Took care of me in a respectful way and listened well.
Went to St Luke’s Quakertown Urgent Care… Excellent experience, seen in a timely manner and problem resolved. Thank you.
Do not go here with Insurance. I went there for simple wrist x-ray and was in and out within an hour. I get my Bill $1700 ($897 to visit the ‘clinic’…$827 for xray. My insurance paid $1243…I have to pay $481. Probably would’ve been cheaper to pay cash for visit. When I called them about inflated Bill, they said it’s billed out of their hospital (I’ve never visited their hospital). So by also having a hospital nearby, they can bill hospital pricing???? Defeats point of going to Urgent Care.
This location of Urgent Care is very efficient, super respectful and very well staffed. The take patients promptly, sort them efficiently and call them back very quickly. It was not my first time being treated here but always had a pleasant experience. I recommend....
