I went to urgent care for a bee sting in the ear. Staff were really nice. However, they sent me to the ER because they said they couldn’t see in my ear. I waited hours in the ER (very nervous mind you). Once I finally saw a doctor, they were astonished that I was sent there. They could see everything fine and sent me home with steroids. This could have been prescribed at urgent care. Now I have to pay an obscene amount for a non-emergency.
I was there about a week ago after I fell and broke my wrist. Super friendly and helpful staff. They all made me feel at ease despite my anxiety from the break.
Below average service from the doctor. Above average service from the rest of the staff.
Dr. Was very nice explained everything to me the nurse was very helpful as well as the front desk was very helpful. Keep up the good work!!
