The worst healthcare in Upstate New York. If you are elderly and get admitted to ICU you will be timed on how quick you recover and then accessed & limited on how much care & medicine you receive. My husband was responding after he finally received some of the right medication after entering the hospital on a Friday afternoon. He was doomed from the start with the skeleton crew on the weekend.
