My daughters have been coming to Anderson Pediatrics since they were born. We have had amazing experiences with all the doctors and staff there - though my older daughter is especially fond of Jenny & Sam! She gets excited when she has to go to the doctor because they have made her feel loved and comfortable from the very beginning. I can’t say enough good things about the love and care this team puts into their work.
Been bringing my child here for many years (since birth) and never had an issue. All of the providers we have seen have been great and kind as have the rest of the staff. They are prompt to answer messages I send in mychart. Sick appointments can be tricky at any busy peds office since kids tend to get sick all at the same time and there are only so many appointments. If I can’t get a sick appointment at a time that works for me we just go to peds urgent care and then follow up with the pcp after if needed. No big deal.
No one ever answers the phone. Your just on hold for 30 min or longer and then it hangs up on you. Tried calling multiple times! This always happens.
Tried calling every single locations number to see if we could switch to this practice. Every call was redirected to the main line, which stated 41 minute wait time. If a kid is sick and needs an appt immediately they should have a real person in the front office ready to take the call, not a main number with an almost hour wait time. Crazy.
I had my baby in October and she had not been seen since by a pediatrician since November due to the facility being fully booked out. I had to wait until February for an appointment because there were no appts. My child was born premature and had stomach issues and colic and possibly a lactose intolerance.
