Their PT staff is amazing. I fell and did not call an ambulance, when Jacob arrived for my appointment he suggested i go in to the ER, called his supervisor who also agreed i needed to go to the ER. Jacob called for transport and waited until i was loaded in the ambulance before leaving. Very kind caring and compassionate staff.
The care is great but their scheduling system sucks. They call you the night before to schedule your appointment and then will call you the day of your appointment to cancel. I'm not sure how they expect you to be able to do anything other than sit around and wait for them. If they could get scheduling together they would be a solid 5 stars.
St. Luke's Home Health has been excellent in the past. However, this last time my Mom had with them was scattered in regards to scheduling, adequate follow-up from social work, and it just was not as good. My Mom's preferences for shower assistance were ignored. Social work really did not do what they said they would. Dietary guidance was demonstrated and we were told the book would be provided but it never was. The providers tried to pressure Mom to allow 3 different providers to come in one day which is tiring for someone ... read more
