some disturbances are over looked especially noise complaints. it needs better management to kick people out when they do not respect anyone who lives around them
I agreee with NYC. because really you are buying into a cheap establishment. Try living in the crossing at indian run. You have cockroaches and about 500 million bugs for the same price. be happy for what you pay for. its close to the beach and all our nice paradise things in florida.
Zero stars!!!!! They didnt give that option! This place is a bug infested nightmare!!! Do yourself a huge favor and don t even consider this place!!!! Now being called Ocean Point. Fancy new name, same nasty bug infested buildings!!! Run, away from this disaster!!

The only reason I rated this place a 1 is bc they didn t have a 0! Stay away from this place! They are infested with cockroaches , rats and bedbugs! Check out the health department site they have been fined repeatedly for health code violations! They will tell you you can t see the apartment till you qualify, take all your money then take you to an apartment that is deplorable! Cabinets peeling, high electric bills due to a/c s not being maintained and defective old appliances that are rusty and decrepit. They will lie to yo... read more
