Friendly fast service for a small ($500 gift wrapped) purchase. The recipients status changed so I return to the store with The unopened item and the receipt. My request for a full refund was denied. (Even Walmart honors returned item refunds). I was given a gift card in the amount of my purchase good only in their store. What? Burn me once... Come on Hawk, you can do better than that.

The clerk was friendly, but could not answer one simple question like, how much is it with out asking someone else, probably the owner. Who, by the way, never appeared. I was interested in a 2,000.00 piece of jewelry and when i inquired about a discount, i was offered approximately a 5 percent reduction. I asked if i could have the piece sized within the hour because i live about an hour away, and could not get an answer. I've used SL Jewelry for years because of their fair prices, great service and professional advice. Recently, I had my grandmother's diamond set in a new ring. Heather helped me find two reasonably priced sapphires to put with it, and needless to say, the ring turned out beautifully! I had a great experience with fast, professional service!

My wife broke a chain on her favorite necklase. Heather knew exactly what to do.. And it did not cost as much as I thought it would. Got to meet Hawke and everyone was extremely courteous and friendly. I will continue to recommend them to all.

These people are GREAT!!!! They are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and head jewelers, Joe and Mike, are off the charts when it comes to experience. This is the place to buy and when necessary, have your jewelry repaired. I can't say enough about my wonderful experience(s) there.

Just wanted to tell you about my experience at your store. My mother has dementia she had a necklace that she loved very much. She was very upset when it broke so I brought it in to be repaired and the jewler was so kind he could see that my mother was very upset and did not want to leave it to be fixed so Joe the man's name I believe said he would do it right away. He made her very happy .

This is a great store, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about the merchandise, her name was Kim Y. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

This is a great jewelry store. Good service and excellent prices. I had a stone come out of one of my slides on my slide bracelet and they replaced the stone - it was a tiny opal heart. They also checked all the other prongs - an additional service! My bracelet turned out beautifully and I am fully satisfied!
