Do not rent here. My lease said $1489 in May, by November my rent was $1775. Do not sign the utility addendum, it contains hidden fees. The property is roach invested, gates are always open, shootings outside and management is rude and useless! Horrible place!
RecommendedFriendly staff... Been here for more than 3 years now and it's been great.. Just have one suggestion, if they can just put stop signs inside the community 😉 but other than that its 5 ⭐
I have been looking for an apartment for a month now and it’s been a struggle finding what I’m looking for ( I’m very picky ) . I have to say since I walked into the leasing office , I knew that’s where I need to be, the entire staff was super friendly and welcoming, they made me feel they were there to help and meet my needs . Looking forward making st Lucia my new home .

i want to tell you about this place. despite of negative reviews that i seen before i moved in last weekend, i came from a homeless shelter in Florida with nothing to lose. im so used to noises from my neighbors already but nothing out beats this apartment itself. Jessica have worked her butt off to help me n my two friends get this place. im blessed to be back in Vegas. the maintenance is on point they fixed my a/c unit n my bathroom sink within 5 hrs after the work order was in. im so pleased that security is on guard duri... read more
This is the loudest place on the face of the Earth..!! Blasting stereos vibrating things off the bathroom vanity at midnight. Cars blasting stereos in the parking lot all hours of the night. Upstairs neighbors stomping, banging and their floors squeak SO BAD it sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in. Our son and daughter in law have filed numerous complaints with absolutely nothing being done to address them by management. We’ve even called the police and filed complaints..!!
