In Response to Laura K We were unable to make this event. A heavy rainstorm hit the area prior to this event. Traffic was a mess. We attempted to contact the customer on the contact number we were given when we realized we would never make the scheduled event time.

Laura K. We scheduled an event with this company for a business meeting with an expected attendance of 75 people. I signed a contract and was charged the deposit. It was agreed that they would show up at 6:00 PM to set up 30 minutes prior to the beginning of our sales meeting. On the night of our sales meeting, no one showed up for the event. I later received a call explaining that they got held up in traffic and that it was out of their control...and they would call me the next day to reschedule or refund our money.

snow sled Man these guys had it down to a science. Good service and 41 flavors of sno cones. WOW! The people at St. Louis Snow Cone had one mean andtough looking van. It was white and had blue flames, and had snowflake lights and snowflakes in the paint of the vehicle. i would have them for every party I have.
