Laura K. We scheduled an event with this company for a business meeting with an expected attendance of 75 people. I signed a contract and was charged the deposit. It was agreed that they would show up at 6:00 PM to set up 30 minutes prior to the beginning of our sales meeting. On the night of our sales meeting, no one showed up for the event. Snow Sled is number 1 St. Louis Snow cone has done two Christmas party's for me and a number of events for the city I live in. They have been the back bone to my Christmas Party, I think more people show up to see them then they do to see my Christmas Lights. They have helped me raise over 6,000 cans of food and over 2000 dollars for Charity's.They are a great group of people and would do anything to help others out. They run a great business and do it with true professionalism. They don't come any better then this.
One word best describes St. Louis Snow Cone! "YUMMY!" St. Louis Snow Cone is not only a fantastic concept in that they provide a really cool looking Snow Sled Truck to park at your event, but they also offer a huge variety of snow cone flavors and other catoring type of goodies. We recently had them out to my office and everyone absolutely loved the mid-day break for a delicious snow cone! I would definitely recommend these guys, everyone on the team is super nice and willing to please!
In Response to Laura K We were unable to make this event. A heavy rainstorm hit the area prior to this event. Traffic was a mess. We attempted to contact the customer on the contact number we were given when we realized we would never make the scheduled event time. The customer was issued a refund along with our sincere apologies and a gift certificate good towards a future event.
snow sled Man these guys had it down to a science. Good service and 41 flavors of sno cones. WOW! The people at St. Louis Snow Cone had one mean andtough looking van. It was white and had blue flames, and had snowflake lights and snowflakes in the paint of the vehicle. i would have them for every party I have.
St. Louis Snow Cone too COOL We had an indoor party with St. Louis Snow Cone. Awesome service, great product and soooo many flavors! It was great to have snow cones brought right inside the our building for everyone to enjoy. We hosted a school lock in. So, having the sno cones served inside made it easy to keep the kids supplied with treats without having them go outside. Oh, yeh, spring for the italian soda bar...it's well worth it.
