I love the smile center they treat me like family and I leave feeling better than I did before.
I had been lax in my dental routine and MaryLou was very patient and explained the results of my lax. She gave me a plan to follow and the treatment I would be getting.
Definately a 5 plus! Speaking from someone who is (WAS) terrified of the dentist, I now love seeing The St. Louis Smile Center family. Everyone made me perfectly feel at easy and comfortable. I want to say they went above and beyond for me, but I really think they do this for everyone. They are all just awesome!!!!
Dr. Vadnal and staff are so professional, prompt and friendly. Dr. Vadnal is very knowledge and caring I cant explain how much I love this office! I wish I had found them years ago!

I had a great visit, the crown was done well and it did not hurt at all.
I did not like to go to the dentist growing up, and still hated it until now. I have found my DREAM dentist!! Dr. Vadnal and his team are amazing!! I have very sensitive teeth, and gums. They work with me and have helped me move past my fears. I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!! Give them a try! I doubt you will be disappointed.
Excellent care given at this visit, as usual.
