After reading all the good reviews, I decided to call them to give me an assessment and an estimate for a leaky roof. They were responsive and quick at first. The inspector came out about a day or two after I called. Everything was fine, but then I never received the estimate or even communication as to what the repair was going to entail. To give a sense of how long it has been, I made the initial call on Nov. 3. it is Nov. 17 as of writing this review and I still do not have an estimate or even an idea of what my issue is.... read more
