I had the absolute best experience here! Dr. Chiapel and his staff were incredible. They made a scary situation turn into a very comfortable surgery with excellent follow up. I had my final check up today and told Dr. Chiapel that he is a Miracle Worker!!!! Thank you Terry for holding my hand through this-when you knew I was afraid! Dr. Chiapel is wonderful. I wish I had known about him when I had my wisdom teeth removed. I am a tough customer, because my teeth tend to be very large, and have 4 roots on most- which is unusual, I am told; and which makes extractions extremely difficult. I did get anesthesia for this process, and I felt no pain whatsoever. Not even during recovery. I never took any pain meds except ibuprofen. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
