I've gotten spoiled milk twice by going down to the cafeteria, my daughter has gotten spoiled milk on her trays from there she is immune compromised the food she gets on the trays is never fresh im afraid for her to eat the food at this point so we eat out now which is an extra strain on us, we shouldn't have to worry about if our food is gonna be OK dealing with all the other stuff we have going on. I mean this is a Children's hospital you would think they would get decent food here or at least not spoiled and old food here... read more

I took my son here for chest pain I could have saved some gas and took him to Memorial hospital in Belleville I thought Children’s was the best hospital I was disappointed at the care they provided for my son I asked if security would walk us to the parking garage I was told No but they do have cameras every one knows the central west end is known for crime

We have loved Children’s and everything they have done for my son who was born with a cleft lip and palate! he has had 2 successful surgeries in 3 months and the staff has all been great!! the only problem we have had is sharing a room when you get admitted. my son is only 10 months old and went through a major surgery, he was brought upstairs and had to share a room with another young baby who was just out of surgery. we felt like it wasn’t fair to either family and neither of them could get the rest they fully needed.
