To the staff, doctors, nurses, volunteers... I want to give you all a very big thank you for the great and wonderful way you took care of my boy. You made him feel like he was the Rockstar in his new room. Letting him cut the Ribbon and being the very first patient to stay in 10108... keep up the great work... your the only hospital I will take my boy to for now on.. My daughter was brought to BJC via ambulance after suffering an allergic reaction at a urgent care facility. Upon arrival she was put in the waiting room where she sat for three more hours with no medical attention and extremely nasty attitudes from staff. I left and transported her to Children's myself which resulted in another two hour fiasco that resulted in us leaving and going home. I used to swear by the BJC Network when others said you were lousy, but after this I will never entrust the care of any of my family to BJC... read more
