The gi released my son without his oxygen supplies being approved. I can not believe this has happened and they have took a great liability if something happens to my son. My sons 02 levels drops at different times and I was under the understanding everything had been approved and signed the discharge papers until I talked to the people from lyncare... they hadn’t even received all the paperwork to get it approved!
