The ER staff and doctors were great!! The attending and the fellow that seen my 10 week old boy were phenomenal!! They were very caring and attentive to my little baby boy and to this scared momma. The staff and the medical team on the 10th floor were also great! They were all very polite and understanding and accommodating. I didn’t have a chance to take advantage of it but the resources at this hospital sound phenomenal!! Although I never visited the 3rd floor, but it sounds amazing for parents that have to stay with their... read more

The gi released my son without his oxygen supplies being approved. I can not believe this has happened and they have took a great liability if something happens to my son. My sons 02 levels drops at different times and I was under the understanding everything had been approved and signed the discharge papers until I talked to the people from lyncare... they hadn’t even received all the paperwork to get it approved! The discharge nurse told mr. niel he wasn’t scheduled for discharge til tomorrow! We have to spot check his o2 ... read more
