I hired Brian and his crew to replace our Roof, gutters, and siding on our home. They were fantastic, professional, and fast! We had issues with another contractor during this project, and it required replacement of our new roof! Brian had his team fix the damages the other guys caused and found us a better contractor to fix the issue. They are very approachable and do an excellent job of cleaning up around the property when the work is finished. Would recommend them to anyone and would definitely work with them again!
The work was superb. Everyone was extremely nice & friendly. And they dealt with the insurance company which I really appreciated. Mike & Mike were exceptional. New roof , new windows, new siding, new guttering. Very happy with installation & cleanup.
The St. Louis Building & Remodeling team did the framing, roof, siding, soffit, facia, and gutters on our 3 car attached garage addition. I appreciated their cleanliness throughout the project, the quality of their work, and the responsiveness to questions and concerns. Bryan and his team did a phenomenal job on our deck replacement. They were professional, punctual, great attention to detail, good communication from start to finish. The price was fair and the deck turned out great. I highly recommend them for anyone needing their deck replaced.
Working with Bryan, who is down to earth and very approachable with any questions or concerns, led to an upstanding experience . He dealt with our Insurance company resulting in 100% positive outcome ! His willingness to please, puts him above most contractors . Product knowledge and code compliance would be seen through out the roofing , siding and seamless gutter project .
