I was trying to get estimates for the damage on my roof and gutters from storm and wind damage. 2 of the companies would not give me an estimate unless I sign an agreement on the job first. St. Louis Building & Remodeling Company was the only company that provided the estimate. Bryan, the owner was very professional, honest, and delivered on his word. St. Louis Building and Remodeling did a great job!! We feel very confident they fixed the issue we had. Rain was getting in around our windows and going down behind the brick on our second floor and running down to the porch and inside the garage causing our beam to get soaked and drywall was falling off the beam. The workers were all very kind, friendly, and did a great job! Bryan the owner is a great guy and returned texts/calls quickly. Definitely recommend using them.
St Louis Building & Remodeling done a great job on our room addition and pantry. Bryan is great to work with and accommodating with ideas to make things work for us. His crew of Mike and Chris do nice work and very understanding of the needs of their customers. I recommend Bryan and his crew for any home remodeling.
AMP finished our roof today. They were one of 4 bids that we received. They were also a recommendation from a friend. They were honest (other companies tried to upsell us stuff we did not need). They were no nonsense and did a great job!
St Louis Building & Remodeling did a great job on replacing my roof, siding, garage door, and deck railings from the hail storm last year. Bryan is easy to work with and spent a lot of time dealing with my insurance company. The workers were courteous, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves.
