I’ve been going here for about 4 years. More often than not there are issues with my order especially when using the app. I don’t think it’s necessarily because of their team as it often appears that they are pretty understaffed. I would suggest skipping this one and opting for something locally owned.

I go to this location at least three times a week to get a bagel sliced in half and plan cream cheese. And I have to make sure it is right every time, because either my bagel is not sliced or like this morning was not sliced all the way in half and there was no cream cheese and no knife. I feel like I get one of the simplest orders there can be and it get messed up. Please do better

I placed and paid for an online order on 6/23/26. I was sent a message that my paid order was ready for pickup. When I went to the store my order was not ready for pickup and I waited nearly 10 minutes only to be told that the two soufflés were not available and I was offered a substitution that was not satisfactory. I asked for a refund of my entire order. The employee advised that she had to speak to a manager. When she returned, I was informed that I would be refunded within 24 hours. Almost every time I go to this locations drive thru they say it’s a 30 minute wait. Just recently it was 35 minutes. There were no cars ahead of me and the parking lot was empty. I order on DoorDash and get it in 20 minutes. So annoying that I live right up the street but have to order on DoorDash.
