Went for wings last night with some friends, and what a terrible experience. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for our waitress who was doing her best to make it a positive experience. The wings were awful. One of my friends his wings were not properly cooked. When he sent them back to the kitchen the manager came out and argued with him and said they were cooked perfectly. Ok folks I’m a regular for the medium dry wings. Love them, can’t say enough about them (past tense). They came saucy tonight and I said to the waitress I ordered the original dry rub. She says to me this is how they come now…. I replied I order every 2 weeks and this is the first time I had a saucy “dry” wing order from here? We have finally returned after a long stay away from St. Louis. It’s amazing to come back to see the delightful staff. The great ambiance now where you feel you’re welcome. They lost it a few years ago, but it’s Great to be back I’d like to give a big shout out to joy. She gets the job done and she takes her work seriously.

The overall atmosphere of the place was great. But the customer service was so slow. It took us an hour and a half to order and eat. Hair was in our drinks, and on our food. The burgers came out burnt. The chicken tenders were cold. We waited 20mins just to get a kids sundae and the bill. Definitely wont be going back.
