I placed an online order on the veterans location in Barrie at 11:01pm. I called the location to request a modification, which the staff agreed upon. I received a confirmation email saying my order will be ready to be picked up at Veterans by 11:55pm. When driving to the location at 11:30pm, I was told the kitchen was closed and bounced to the Big bay point location. Kristen is by far the most friendly staff member, always presents herself in most friendly manner, always positive, and always such a big smile and such a great demeanor. Always the best time sitting at the bar having a convo with her.
