Bad service , oedered take out for a work lunch in a friday and they provided no cuttlery and when i went back to request some waitress made me wait 15 minutes for it even tho the place was empty and handed me used plastic spoons from dairy queen ! I asked are you serious she laughed and said thats all we have we dont supply cuttlery for take out lol !
The server “River” or whatever her name was is the worst I’ve ever seen. Didn’t smile once. After 40 minutes of me staring at her and my empty beer I went up to the bar to pay. I’ll never go back here again. They are lucky to have that Amanda girl as a server.
I ordered wings through uber $100 spent and they are burnt with no taste rock hard. Supposed to be lemon pepper and salt and pepper. Not impressed at all. I think someone didn't change the oil. Me and my hubby felt sick right away and had to through all of it away. Update we were sick till the morning our stomach felt very ill.
My husband and I stopped into St. Louis for a quick dinner and honestly, I usually avoid leaving negative reviews because everyone can have an off day. Unfortunately, this experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Right from the start, the welcome felt a little… cold. Ordered through Uber eats, 2 garlic dill chicken sandwiches.. neither had any full on them. Also paid to have extra honey garlic sauce for the chicken to be tossed in, neither burger had that and cheese was ordered on both burgers and neither had cheese. I have had this item at other locations and it was great. Extremely dissatisfied the burgers were awful and very expensive. Worst experience and will never visit or order from this location.
