The team at St Leonards Carpet Court are awesome. The are so many carpets to choose from - it can be a daunting task. Big shout out to Hai, who has been super patient in helping me choose my carpet and respond to my many many questions! My husband was sick and couldn’t go to the store. They let me borrow the large sample mats to see if it would suit the rooms and colour schemes as well as test the feeling. We love our new carpet (Bakers Creek, Colour - 42 / Driftwood from Victoria’s Carpet).
I accepted a quote for the provision of carpet tiles from Carpet Court St Leonards. I was required to pay $3000 deposit. But when they sent a representative to measure they determined that the surface was not level enough for tiles. I accepted their judgement and did not proceed with the transaction. They refused to refund the deposit saying that I could put it towards a "store credit" which I did not want. Eventually after 18months they were forced to refund the money by the Consumer Tribunal.
