Service was excellent. Hai was very knowledgeable everything ran to plan. Installers were professional and efficient. Love our new carpet
I recently had Carpet Court find a discontinued carpet in the correct colour and make so I could link the stairs that needed to be recarpeted and match with the carpet in the family room. They were very helpful and explained the process clearly verbally and by email always keeping me in the loop. The stairs look great. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and very professional. Thankyou all.
Very happy with our experience with Carpet Court St Leonards. Never purchased a new carpet previously and this must have been obvious when we walked in. Greg was great in his initial approach and how he talked us through the pros and cons of different types of carpet and was instrumental in helping us make a good choice. The business and Hai were really patient with our delivery schedule and installation happened last week. Very happy with final result and would recommend Hai, Greg and the team at Carpet Court St Leonards !
Great customer service
Pre-sales and installation were excellent!
