RecommendedDr. Atkinson and nurses, especially Hannah and Katie, were awesome with my mom and our family.. I would like to thank the wonderful nursing staff in the covid unit at Canton-Potsdam Hospital. Nurses Hannah and Kate were two of the most compassionate, patient, kindest nurses to us and my mom. Top care at my MRI appointment today. Thanks to Abbey & Sondra for making me feel at ease knowing I was claustrophobic! These girls are awesome. Anyone nervous about it, these girls can get you through it. Grateful
they do their jobs right! they cooperate with the law and the CDC. they r great bunch of Doctor s and nurses too!! they treat u right and greet u at the door! i love them all!!
On Friday, November 29th, I had a surgical procedure done by Dr. Dewell and his team. I had my mom bring me to the procedure. She could not believe how wonderful everyone was. That same morning I rushed my husband back to the hospital for an emergency procedure, his appendix needed to be removed. Dr. Dewell performed the procedure on my husband as well. Tried to book a appt. for the neurologist. Made 3 calls before a callback. Then Chantel was rude on the phone. Tells me the earliest opening is April which is ridiculous if you have a issue. Then advised me if it is to go back to my Dr. in Massena.
Because Management is very poor. Every day they appoint New Drbut pt care is Big zero. I didn’t know The Hospital is making lots of new buildings but they lack sympathy , kindness.

I was at CPH for Surgery not too long ago. While waiting in my room, I turned the television on, to catch the news. I was very disappointed to see that CPH allows CNN, MSNBC, CNN headline news, but Fox News was “not available”. Is censorship common practice at all CPH facilities??? 👎🏻🤬
Waiting for 45 min to see Dr and I’m still going to have to pay my deductible.
