I had a wonderful experience at St. Lawrence Eye Care! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Austin was absolutely fantastic. He really helped calm my nerves, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for caring and professional eye care!
I visited them for an eye exam and Dr. Austin patiently explained the results and root causes. He also provided me with detailed follow up exercises. The staff at the reception are very friendly, and courteous. They don’t bill insurance but they made that very clear before the visit. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend.
The staff and Dr. were fantastic and knowledgeable. They made the experience of picking out new glasses comfortable and easy. Highly recommend!!
Austin Ly was thorough with the eye exam, taking the time to explain my eye health to me as well as provide some tips to help prevent dry eyes. Rating 4 stars as I had to wait around 30 minutes despite having an appointment.
