Receptionist is extremely rude and has poor organization.
I new to country I came to Sydney over a month ago I study at UNSW. I’m due for 3rd booster the medical centre close to where I study I had no appts didn’t know I needed one. Walking in medical centre the environment felt cold. The Receptionist was rude not helpful at all wasn’t a pleasant experience when it came to booster information the receptionist didn’t know any information and informed me she’s busy
