Arrived from WI to celebrate my 50th birthday only to find out the hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation. I was looking forward to spending this important milestone birthday at the St Julien. At no time did the hotel notify us that they did this. The hotel manager Ms. Adams was on break and could not be bothered to assist us. Since there are only two hotels downtown Boulder we could not be accommodated. Good thing we rented a car. This was the absolute WORST massage I have EVER had in my entire life. I've been killing myself at work; working from 8:30am-between midnight and 5am 7 days a week. After about a month and a half of this I decided to take the weekend off for a much needed massage but all I got for $120 was my skin rubbed. I would have thought a beautiful place like this would hire adequate massage therapists. I have never been so disappointed in my life.
Loved this hotel! Beautiful, friendly service. Great spa. Shout out to Hannah for a great massage!
Have not stayed here yet but the food drinks and entertainment are great
