I came here through a friend's recommendation and I really like it. The clinic is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking is in the underground garage and you need to ring the bell to go upstairs, so I recommend arriving about 10 min before your appt time. There's only one elevator to the 2nd floor (not the residential elevator) so it's not difficult to find your way as long as you follow the instructions. Extremely rude on the phone and while asking questions about an upcoming appointment it sounded like the lady on the other end of the phone got irritated and wasn’t really trying to help

I have a appointment for my daughter, They are inside some apartments, there is no sign, they had me on the phone, even though they knew I was lost, they cancelled my appointment, the girls told me that it was the doctor who cancelled my appointment, not them, that the doctor said she couldn't see me and it didn't matter that I was lost, you have to show You have to arrive at least 30 minutes early so that you are in the room for 40 minutes and look at the doctor for 5 minutes.
