My dad had a stroke on Jan 20, 2016 and was sent to St.Jude ER and then next morning was transferred to Stroke Care Dept, after a week he was transferred to rehabilitation Dept then he was discharged on Feb 4, 2016. Everyone was so professional, caring and they took such good care of my dad. We convey our appreciation to everyone who cared for my dad. I am grateful for the high quality care he received at St. Jude Hospital. I will give St. Jude 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️！
Horrible in the ER they have you waiting for a very long time and once they get you in a room not one nurse checks up on you to see if your okay or if you need pain medication. Also they never have beds available.
Had a horrible experience I'm a very patient person in general but the waiting was ridiculous we waited 3 hours before being seen once we were in there we waited another 2 hours found out my son just had an infection he needed to fight. I was concerned because he was having trouble breathing I had to ask to get an inhaler prescribed and just to write the prescription it took another hour. Yesterday I was a patient in your ER and ultimately admitted to the Stroke Center room 5122. I just would like to recognize and thank all your ER staff, stroke center staff, and all the ancillary staff (yes, every one of them) for the wonderful care and attention I was I was given. It was a very positive experience for me. I came in with a mild stroke symptom and the immediate care I received in the ER was phenomenal.
