I was at St Jude, been a member there for two years, the problem is the parking you pay for everything, the valet parking is 5 dollars and always crowded up the front in entry way to many peple
I went in for my first operation and everyone was kind and very informative. My pre-op nurse Christina was very nice and took care of any questions I had. The whole process was fluid and well mananged!
My only complaint is they gave me a visitor badge that had my name but it was not my photo. When I was at the receptionist desk they didn't ask for my ID only my name then printed out the visitors bage with someone else picture. I didn't notice until I was in my sister's hospital room. I did bring it up to their attention when I left the hospital. Other than that (I consider serious) all else was fine
ER was crowded but I was attended to quickly and they seemed to care. Not like a previous visit a couple years ago. this was an improvement. Once admitted I found out the faucets in the bathroom only flowed hot water. Very odd that had never been taken care of. Trying to sleep was near impossible and not pleasant at all. I did feel patient care has improved.
