I had undiagnosed hypertension and suffered a stroke. Went to the ER was admitted to a medical surgical unit and not once had a neuro check. First red flag. Second red flag was when I was discharged with a blood pressure of 190/100. Drove right back to the ER and was told that blood pressure was not an emergency unless I had new symptoms and was sent back home. I would like to think my health is more important than a score for an avoidable readmission but apparently not here.

RecommendedAbsolutely exceptional care! Every doctor, nurse, tech, and housekeeping worker was above par in regards to friendliness and cleanliness. I was always completely informed of what was going on and don't feel like I waited around for new news at all. My husband and I were very pleased.
